Data Storage

All data you enter into Pitchside (squads, players, matches, training sessions) is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that collect or store your coaching data.

This means your data is available offline and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

No Account Required

Pitchside does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the app. There is no registration process and no email collection within the app itself.

Analytics and Tracking

Pitchside does not include any analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or advertising frameworks. We do not track how you use the app, which screens you visit, or how often you open it.

Support Requests

If you contact us through the in-app support form or the support page on our website, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: your email address, name (if given), and the content of your message. This information is sent to our support system solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing, analytics, or any other purpose. Support data is not linked to any data stored locally in the app.

Third-Party Services

Pitchside does not share your coaching data with third-party services. The app does not contain advertisements or integrate with ad networks. No coaching data is sold, rented, or otherwise distributed to external parties. The only external service used is our support system, which processes support requests as described above.

Device Permissions

Pitchside may request access to your device camera or photo library if you choose to add player photos. These images are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded or transmitted.

Children's Privacy

Pitchside may be used by coaches who work with young athletes. The app does not collect personal information from children or any other users during normal use. All coaching data remains on the device and is controlled entirely by the person using the app. If a support request is submitted, only the information voluntarily provided in that request is collected.
